I'm Mark Robinson, Owner and Managing Director of KUBA Consulting. We are passionate about and focus primarily on

Organization Design , which often includes strategy clarification and alignment.  Key to our success is a collaborative approach, coaching leaders and engaging many, through transformational change, while  building true commitment.  

With both internal (NCR, Baxter Healthcare, Harley-Davidson, Northwestern Mutual and USAA) and external (On The Mark and KUBA Consulting) consulting experience, I'll provide you some of the most practical, proven approaches I know of and have created.

While much of my experience has been with larger, or multi-national organizations, I have also worked with numerous non-profits and smaller private equity backed organizations too.  I'm currently an active board member for the organization Design Forum (ODF) and believe in giving back to this community in any way I can.

In my experience with change, the most successful leaders and organizations create a positive, constructive culture by focusing on building commitment. KUBA is a mindset more than a model, that can, and should, be used with any change methodology!  The KUBA approach encourages open discussion, transparency and a safer, healthier environment for change.
